What bike models are your products compatible with?

At this time we have parts compatible with:

  • Super73: R-Series (R and RX), S2, ZX, Z Miami, Z1 and S1 bikes. Please see product categories and descriptions for compatibility.

  • Rad Power Bikes: RadRunner Plus and RadRunner 2

  • Sur-Ron Light Bee (all models)

  • Segway X models (the ones that are the same as the Sur-Ron)

When will my order ship?

Products typically ship within 2-3 business days from our Southern California warehouse.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes. At the present time we are selling to international customers and have shipments sent “DDU” (delivered duty unpaid). This means that it's the customer's responsibility to pay for any of the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes (VAT). These fees and taxes must all be paid in order for your local customs authority to release the shipment after it arrives. Fees are often charged by the carrier (we use DHL or UPS for most international shipments). Please check what your VAT and other fees will be in your country before purchasing. We apologize that we cannot show the customs and duty fees for your specific country at checkout.

If shipping to your country isn’t available please email us! We will create a shipping estimate and add your country to the list.

Our international shipping prices are based on our largest product size and weight. It is likely that the actual shipping cost for your order will be a lower cost. In this situation we will refund you any overpayment you might have made.

I lost or damaged hardware or parts, can I get replacement components?

Yes! Please email us at info@throwbackbikes.com with the items you are looking to replace and we can generate a quote.

Do you do bulk order pricing for retailers?

You bet!  Please email us! to discuss wholesale orders at info@throwbackbikes.com

What do I do if I am struggling with installation or assembly?

If something doesn’t look right please contact us at info@throwbackbikes.com before modifying parts. Products are designed to fit your bike and shouldn’t require any modification (drilling, filing, or new holes).

What is your return policy?

If you change you mind before installing our parts please email us at info@throwbackbikes.com to start a return. We typically don’t accept returns on used products. See our Limited Warranty here.
