Throwback Gives Back.
We love a lot of things about e-bikes! They make riding accessible, as a commuter vehicle they are environmentally friendly, as a hobby they are good for our health, and they encourage us to never stop exploring.
A lot of riders first learned how to ride a bike in public spaces such as sidewalks and parks. This community connection still remains an important part of how we use our bikes to this day.
We founded Throwback Gives Back in an effort to encourage leaving things better than we found them and to help sustain a world worth riding in.

Gratitude Attitude.
We have been thinking a lot about this past year and how lucky we are to have received so much support from our community. The season of giving emboldens us all to do more but it's hard to know where to start!
This month we have developed a short guide of things we can all do to give back (links included) and we’ve outlined how we as a brand plan to repay our community.

U.S. Blood Shortage.
Recently the Red Cross announced a national blood shortage crisis for the first time. This has come about from a few key factors such as Covid-19 causing a decline in donor turn out and cancellation of blood drives. Blood centers around the U.S. have reported less than one-day supply of some blood types.
Our small team at Throwback Bikes is helping by donating blood as soon as we can! We are also encouraging our manufacturing partners and friends of the company to donate blood as well.
